This warranty does not apply to any header that was installed on any racing vehicle, altered, misused, or repaired or damaged from an accident, collision, or willful or negligent act. This warranty does not cover customer applied aftermarket coatings or any discoloration or corrosion of finished surfaces. This warranty does not cover damages caused by exhaust insulating wrap, and is void if the header was installed on a new or rebuilt engine during the initial break in period. To make any claim under the terms of this limited warranty, the original purchaser MUST either return the header to the original retailer or directly to McJacks. If the original purchaser elects to return the header to McJacks directly, he or she must first contact McJacks and obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number. The Proof of Purchase must clearly show the place of purchase, purchase price, header purchased, and date of purchase. If upon inspection by McJacks the header is found to be defective in material or workmanship, McJacks shall at its option either exchange the product for new product with the same part number or repair the return header. McJack’s liability is expressly limited to the replacement of the header as described herein. McJacks shall have no liability for the cost of installation or removal of the defective header or for the cost of labor or any additional parts required to complete the installation of the replacement header or towing or transportation costs. In no event shall McJacks be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses or damages, including but not limited to interruption of business or loss of business or loss of profit or damage to related components resulting from the use of or inability to use the header, or any breach of warranty or any defect in the header, even if McJacks have been advised of the possibility of such potential losses or damages. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. The warranties set forth herein are exclusive and unless otherwise required by applicable law no other warranties are made by McJacks or are authorized to be made with respect to the headers.
